As we entered lockdown in March 2020, Akin’s wanted to provide their social followers with a few health and wellness ideas to lift spirits and create a deeper sense of community. Through intentionally crafted and accessible “good ideas,” we provided followers with daily tips during an incredibly stressful first week.
